Terms and Conditions – 123jav Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply when reading any provision. Understanding these terms is important before proceeding to the operational sections.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 123jav, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are registering on your own behalf. You are not permitted to register on behalf of any other individual or to allow any other person to use your account.
• You hold only one account with 123jav. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited regardless of the email address, phone number, or device used.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion currently active on 123jav or any other platform that would prevent you from engaging in online gambling.
• You are providing accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You acknowledge that online gambling carries financial risk and that you are participating voluntarily and with full awareness of that risk.

Registration is completed when you submit the registration form and receive confirmation from 123jav. By completing registration, you confirm acceptance of these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the platform.

3. Account Management

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 123jav login credentials — your username, password, and any other authentication information associated with your account. You must not share these credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 123jav will never ask you for your password in any communication from us. If you receive such a request, do not respond and contact support immediately.

Account Information Accuracy

You must keep your registered contact details — particularly your mobile number and any linked payment method details — accurate and up to date. Account Closure

You may request closure of your 123jav account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure (net of any active bonus requirements) will be returned via your registered payment method. 123jav also reserves the right to close or suspend accounts in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, confirmed underage access, or failure to provide requested verification documentation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

123jav accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. There is no platform-level fee charged on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, over which 123jav has no control.

Deposits are credited to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant provider — typically within seconds for mobile wallet methods and within a few minutes for bank transfers. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference.

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned if identified. Attempting to deposit using payment methods belonging to another person is a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 123jav are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If that method does not support withdrawals, you will be directed to an alternative method by support. Withdrawals are processed within five minutes as standard during normal operating hours, though certain large withdrawals may require additional verification steps before release.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Winnings derived entirely from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion has specific terms attached to it — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit, maximum bet during wagering, expiry period, and any geographical or account-type restrictions. Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered through eligible game types before any withdrawal can be processed. For example, a wagering requirement of 30× on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before withdrawal. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — sports betting typically contributes 100%, slots contribute at varying rates, and certain game types such as classic table games may contribute at a reduced rate. The exact contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.

Maximum Bet During Bonus Wagering

While an active bonus is being wagered, the maximum permitted single bet or stake is Rs 1,000 unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Placing wagers exceeding the maximum bet limit during active bonus play is a breach of these Terms and may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse

123jav takes bonus abuse seriously. This includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim a single promotion more than once, structuring bets to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising variance (low-risk hedging strategies), and participating in promotions in a manner contrary to their spirit. Where bonus abuse is identified, 123jav reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and close the account.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

123jav offers online casino games, live dealer games, crash games, sports betting, and card games. The rules governing each game type are displayed within the game or betting market itself. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm acceptance of the rules for that specific game type.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are set per game and per market. These are displayed before you place a bet and are applied automatically by the system. 123jav reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts based on risk management requirements without prior notice.

Settlement of Bets and Games

Casino game and crash game results are final once the round completes. Sports betting markets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for that sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 123jav's decision — made with reference to official sources — is final subject to the dispute process described in Section 10.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome or settlement of a game round or bet, 123jav will investigate and apply the outcome that most accurately reflects the status of play at the point of interruption. If a fair outcome cannot be determined, the wager may be voided and the stake returned. 123jav is not liable for losses attributed to your own connectivity issues.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 123jav and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the 123jav platform, its software, or its underlying systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming promotional offers multiple times or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity that facilitates money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or account verification.
• Allowing a minor to access or use your 123jav account.
• Chargebacks — initiating fraudulent chargeback claims against 123jav for funds that were genuinely wagered and lost. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

8. Privacy & Data
